1. License Grant
Dishio, Inc. (“Dishio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) grants you, the user (“you” or “Customer”), a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software platform, services, and any related applications (collectively referred to as the “Dishio Software”) for your business purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile the Dishio Software without our express permission. You agree not to use the software for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3. Ownership
Dishio retains all rights, title, and interest in the Dishio Software, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you do not own the software but have been granted a license to use it under the terms set out in this agreement.
4. Payment Processing
Dishio uses Stripe to process all payments. By using our platform, you agree to comply with Stripe’s
Terms of Service and authorize Stripe to process your payments. Payments made through the platform are subject to Stripe’s fees and charges, which you will agree to upon using the service.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are subject to our
Refund and Cancellation Policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no significant use has been made of the service. For chargebacks or disputes related to payments, please refer to the Stripe refund policy, which governs the handling of chargebacks and refunds.
6. Payment Data Security
Dishio does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or CVV codes. All payment transactions are processed via Stripe, which adheres to PCI DSS compliance standards to ensure the security of your data. Dishio takes reasonable steps to protect all personal and payment data but cannot guarantee absolute security. For more information on Stripe's security measures, please visit

7. Data Privacy
Dishio collects and processes personal information as outlined in our
Privacy Policy,
Data Retention Policy,
Cookie Policy, and
Data Sharing Policy. By using the Dishio Software, you agree to our data collection practices, including the use of cookies, data storage, and sharing in accordance with applicable privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You can reach us via email at

9. Termination
Dishio may terminate your license and access to the software for any breach of this agreement, including non-payment or violation of usage restrictions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Dishio Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dishio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Compliance with Local Regulations
Dishio and its users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing payment transactions, including data privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, and any local laws relevant to your country. By using Dishio, you agree to comply with these regulations.
12. Modifications
Dishio reserves the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this agreement. Continued use of the software after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the personal data we collect, request the deletion of your personal data, and opt-out of any sales of your personal information. For more details, please refer to our

14. Children’s Privacy
Dishio’s services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that data.
15. Third-Party Links
Dishio may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal data.

17. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Dishio Software, you agree to the terms outlined in this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.
