Cancellations
  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once your cancellation request is processed, your subscription will terminate immediately.
Refunds
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase of Dishio, provided there has been no substantial use of the service. If your free trial expires and you are billed, you have 14 days from the billing date to request a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Setup fees, consultation fees, and services that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Email support@dishio.io with your account details and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
